For us, responsibility means: Teams of experts for every client

For every client, we put together a bespoke team that is composed of experienced public accountants, legal attorneys, tax advisers and company consultants. This team is led by a person responsible for the client, who is available as the client’s sole point of contact. In order to ensure that the consultation takes place on a level playing field, this person is one of the partners in our partnership.

PKF WMS has an outstandingly flat and efficient organizational structure. The consultants are assigned to individual independent teams that specialize on certain areas of expertise.

Only few auditing and business consulting firms in the region have such a long tradition as PKF WMS Group. We have been taking care of family-run enterprises, entrepreneurs and freelancers successfully for 90 years.

The original firm was founded by Hermann Wilker in 1931. Over the years, further partners joined and “WMS” (which originally stood for the owners Wilker, Müller, Schnüpke) was created. The years thereafter were marked by continuous growth. Today, PKF WMS Group has more than 400 employees, of which more than 70 are industry professionals. We are one of the most powerful partnerships in the Chamber of Commerce region of Osnabrück-Emsland.

2013 Takeover of a law firm in Melle

2016 Moving into the new premises at Martinsburg in Osnabrück after a construction phase of around one year and founding of WMS IT Consulting GmbH

2018 Rebranded to PKF WMS. The presence in Emsland is strengthened by the takeover of the law firm Nee in Papenburg

2019 Takeover of the law firm von Basum in Meppen

2022 Merger of PKF Vogt & Partner mbB in Herford and PKF WMS Bruns-Coppenrath & Partner mbB as well as integration of the law firm Schröer in Bad Essen

2023 PKF WMS Bruns-Coppenrath & Partner mbB changed its name to PKF WMS GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberater Rechtsanwälte
